Dec. 5, 1957 CWC candidate; Victor P. Garvis; Following graduation from the University of South Dakota, Victor Garvis taught in the Vermillion Public School for one year and then coached in the Provo School from 1948 to 1955. He began work for the Ordnance Corps at BHOD after that time and is now a Management Analyist. During the winter of 1956-57 he worked as a Recreation Assistant at the Community Building.
