LODI, Calif. - Milfred Arthur, 91, Lodi and formerly of Edgemont, S.D., died Monday, March 24, 2008, at a local hospital. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Elaine, Lodi; one son, Ronald, Lodi; one daughter, Saundra Costanza, Antioch, three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother; Eugene Arthur, Rapid City, S.D.; and two sisters, Mildre Zadel, Grand Junction, Colo., and Leona Best, Belle Fourche, S.D. Mass of Christian Burial was held in Lodi. Burial was at Cherokee Memorial Park Mausoleum. A memorial has been established to the American Heart Association, 1212 W.
