Dec. 1954 CWC candidate; Jerome F. Haywood; Haywood, a graduate of Langford, South Dakota high school, was first employed here in October 1951. After service as a personnel classification technician in the army during World War II, he worked as a power and telephone lineman in his home town until his arrival here.
In the spring of this year, he was commended by the Commanding Officer for his response to emergency calls in connection with his lineman duties.
