Dec. 11, 1953 CWC candidate; Kenneth R. Hertha; A graduate of the University of Colorado, Hertha came to this vicinity in 1951 as an instructor in the local high school. After three years in the teaching profession he accepted employment with BHOD and is currently employed as an Organization and Methods Examiner in the Management Office. Prior to his university schooling he operated a farm for six years in Colorado. He is currently a member of the Kiwanis Club and Civilian Welfare Council. Council membership entailed the duties of secretary for the past year.
