Dec. 12, 1957 CWC candidate; Paul E. Martin; Paul E. Martin has been in the career Surveillance Inspector program since he was hired at BHOD in 1942. Prior to becoming a Federal employee he practiced law in Hot Springs from 1926 to 1938 and then operated a mine near Custer. He will serve as vice-president of the Kiwanis Club in 1958.
