Dec. 11, 1953 CWC candidate; Leonard W. Penor; Penor, an auto mechanic at the Maintenance Garage has been working here at BHOD since September 1950. A graduate of Roscoe High School the candidate spent his Army time as a Motor Inspector. After discharge he returned to his home and worked for a Roscoe construction firm as an equipment operator. He is a member of the local VFW post and was active in veterans work before coming here.
