The music activity program is growing at the Post. Aside from there being a BHOD Concert Orchestra, Dance Band, and Chorus, the BHOD Band had its first organization meeting and rehearsal last Monday evening. Approximately 24 interested members reported and the rehearsal was of such success that the Band will make its first appearance on Memorial Day.
It is anticipated that the organization will double in membership as soon as arrangements are made to secure instruments that are required for a balanced organization.
After a few rehearsals, it should be possible to arrange for open air concerts when the evenings become more favorable.
