Beautification Contest
COLONEL DON HOFFMAN is shown presenting contest winners their cash awards during ceremonies
on the Fire Department lawn. The Lawn and Flower Display at the Fire Department was considered the
most outstanding on a non-competitive basis. Pictured above, left to right, are Bill Seals, Incentive Awards

place; in the Flower and Lawn category; Colonel Hoffman; Alvin Vilhauer, first place; Harold Worthly,
